This Privacy Policy describes how Zimbot, LLC (“Zimbot,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with zimbot.ai and the Zimbot software and services (the “Services”). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
Zimbot, LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Contact: support@zimbot.ai / legal@zimbot.ai.
2. Information we collect
- Account and billing: name, email, payment-related identifiers processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- License / entitlement: subscription status needed to verify access at Start.
- Support: information you send us (email, tickets).
- Website: standard server/CDN logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) if enabled by our host.
3. Prop-firm credentials
Your Prop Firm credentials stay on your device in your operating system’s secure credential store when you choose to save them. They are not transmitted to or stored on Zimbot servers. Zimbot servers are used to verify subscription/license status and deliver software updates and model packs.
4. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Services
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Communicate about your account, updates, and support
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms
5. Sharing
We use processors such as Stripe for payments and hosting/CDN providers for the website. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Retention
We retain account and billing records as needed for the subscription relationship, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize when no longer required.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your choices
- Update or cancel subscription via the customer portal (when enabled)
- Request access or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing legal@zimbot.ai
- Opt out of non-essential marketing emails (transactional mail may continue)
9. Children
The Services are for adults 18+ in the United States and are not directed to children.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy and will post a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
